Q: Are there any booking or credit card fees?
A: We don't add any booking or credit card charges, the price you see here is the price you will pay.
Q: How will I get my tickets?
A: We will send e-vouchers to your email address within 48 hours of booking. Once you are in Orlando, you can collect your tickets in exchange for the e-vouchers at conveniently located redemption points at the park gates. Full contact details of the redemption points will be on the e-vouchers.
Q: What is the validity of my vouchers?
A: Your e-vouchers must be exchanged for the actual park tickets within 14 days of your arrival in Orlando. You will be asked for your arrival date on the check out page.
Q: What is the validity of my tickets?
A: All tickets have their own validity period from 5 days to 21 days. The validity period starts when you first use the ticket.
Tickets are issued for a calendar year eg 2012 or 2013 and are valid for any date on that year. If you first use a 14 day ticket at the end of December 2012 you will be able to use any remaining validity in 2013.
Q: What if I want to cancel my booking?
A: All bookings are non refundable. If for any reason you decide to cancel your booking a 100% cancellation penalty will apply..
Q: Is my credit card information safe?
A: Yes, absolutely. We use SSL encryption that protects your credit card number and personal information so that it cannot be read as it travels across the internet.
Q: Can a person who is not a resident of UK or Republic of Ireland book these tickets?
A: These tickets are available to UK/EIRE residents only. Our system will only accept payments from UK/EIRE-registered credit and debit cards.
